FASD & The Courts
When a child or adult goes through the courts it is important that the court and prosecution as well as the defence have a good understanding of the person who may be suffering from an FASD.
We are able to give the court an overview of this condition and the leavel at which the person with the FASD's Understanding of what is happening
It is well documented that people with fasd may say they understand whats going on but in reality most of them do not.
There is good law to support this.
We advice all persons whom suffer from fasd to carry our card for the police as to make them aware of there condition and how to contact there advocate as to preserve there legal rights.
